There are no politically active figures or any of their family members holding any shares.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We conduct a Zero Tolerance Policy to money laundering. We don’t take or deal with any off-shore money, criminal money, and KYC has to be conducted on any participation. We don’t keep or deal with cryptocurrency. We don’t deal with SBLC or complex financial instruments. We take no investment from consumers or non-instutional investors, within the framework rules & regulations set by the national finance authority.
Equal playing field
We strive to list the entity as soon as possible, the equity, to be traded on a daily basis on an official stock exchange, in order to create an equal playing field for investors as well as transparency in relevant information. Since multiple years in a row we don’t take on any equity stake, until the listing has finalized.
Currently we are open to take on debt directly from financiers, banks and funds. Ideally we will register an official ISIN-code debt product for this purpose in the future for the purpose of transparency, KYC and creating an equal playing field.
