Our Buy & Build Approach works towards collaborating with existing clinics, aims to facilitate the continuation of point of care locations. We focus on the most prevelant diseases in the most common primary healthcare domains. The continuation of excisting clinics is sometimes at risk, due to lack of options for progression or for other reasons that result in a healthcare delivery location to seize to exist risks. We strive to preserve and maintane such practices with ease of operations in management, staffing, procurement and all other day to day clinic’s needs.

Besides the “Buy” activity, we progress to “Build”, by setting up new healthcare locations, in order to bring the healthcare access physically closer to the patient’s location. A collaboration in Geo Spatial Mapping Technology, powered by Ujuzi Laboratories at the University of Twente, The Netherlands, helps us understand where most people are present, with the lowest prevalence of healthcare locations, meaning where healthcare is needed the most. Therefore, advising us on the ‘next’ location for healthcare sites with the highest impact on healthcare accessibility.
